Under domain-variables dialplan you can add a record like this. default_outbound_caller_id_number=+1xxxxxxxxxxx

Often, you need to flush the cache when you make changes in the system. I would try setting the caller ID in the dialplan first to confirm the issue.

I don’t see you setting outbound caller ID. Most carriers will reject calls without proper caller ID.

Is that something SignalWire is asking you to verify?

I usually use my own fork of FusionPBX and update it in a controlled environment with the master.

What do you mean by without verifying number? Any PBX allows you to pass any caller ID but you might get blocked by STIR SHAKEN on the recipient end.

Yes, try assigning one agent to both of those phones. I usually do a desk phone and an app, but two phones should work, too.
