I toyed with the idea of leaving in the uuid, but the circumstances where names might clash (small scale Pbx here) haven't occurred in near 15 years so left it out, I might revisit that, or if scale got larger add it in though

Partly easier to search, but also easier to archive and search at a later date. Some of our recordings go back well over a decade, sticking to a same or similar filename makes it easier from a historic point of view. I completely get why the uuid has been used, and adding the info I need makes...

I then decide to add in tenths of seconds. Or just to appease I could add in the uid too. What happens when you want to search for a call by Cid/ext/did from call recordings? Or console from a machine with a corrupt db?

Perhaps try adding callcentric IPs to the ACL? Not sure if this is the correct way, so if someone can clarify?

That was in fact trying to delete entries made when trying to add a fax server. Similar error when creating.

Easier storagewise for me, I figured it out but the variable in dialplan doesn't seem to be used when creating any new inbound routes etc. Call recordings, search by anything other than uid is fruitless. Scripts to remove or highlight particular inbound numbers (or even did's) impossible...

Confirm this is the case, can we bump this?

How can I dial in from another Pbx, I,e 1000@domain. Xyz? I can do it by allowing the remote IP in the ACL, but then calls from extensions on the same IP fail to each other.. What am I missing?

Just me? Trying to add a fax extension throws errors, have to admit I've not done much troubleshooting here but it's easy to reproduce. Fresh install over the weekend on Debian 10. Anyone else?

My updated firewall to whitelist IP addresses while blacklisting the rest! (I've used similar for a long time on freeswitch and freepbx). Before adding the below into /etc/iptables/rules.v4 make sure you have ipset installed and a set named 'only' with the list of allowed addresses. 'man ipset'...

Or is page_extension what he needs? Change mute to false in dialplan manager and *8ext (take note or erase pin).
