    update

Only issue here is my last backup was July :/ What's the recommended way to upgrade from the cli? I notice no config.conf in /etc/fusionpbx, just the regular config.php. Should there be a config.conf file telling the server where project and document root path is? At what point did the upgrade...

    update

Exactly the same here - freeswitch still running in the background but something surely wrong with the GUI :/ HELP!?! 2022/10/11 16:25:48 [error] 561#561: *3 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Primary script unknown" while reading response header from upstream, client: IP.IP.IP.IP, server: fusionpbx...

No new call detail records or call recordings

Partially solved, as in I've got in back up and running, but can't say what caused it or even how I fixed it. Restarted freeswitch from the cli, checked schema in database from gui, though didn't click the 'detects and updates' button. Just made a test call and it seems it's the first one in...

No new call detail records or call recordings

As the title says, after an update, call detail records and recordings do not show in the GUI. Recordings ARE present in the file system. Started seeing this from 22nd Sep, which is the last call showing in either of the above. I've checked ownership and permissions of the call recordings, all...

    Audio delay on incoming leg

Good chance you're right on that, forget to mention it 'appears' to only happen on some endpoints. I've set up things to U/A already but yet to properly test. Massive delays though, where is storing that buffer I dunno! I'll post back with my findings.

    Audio delay on incoming leg

Bit strange because it only 'seems' to happen on some calls, but I get a gradual increasing delay from the leg coming in, to the point where some calls it's 10+ seconds behind... I've tried everything I can think of on this side, attempted to turn off jutter buffer etc but still it remains...

Up to date recommendedations on US DID hosting

So all I need is a DID I can register to for incoming calls. I have little need to dial out across the pond, but I do receive calls. Minimum cost and just the one number. Any advice appreciated. S

Up to date recommendedations on US DID hosting

Any recomendations so I can get a US number? I used sipgate way back when they had US numbers. I found callcentric a little unreliable. What else is there? Thanks S

    Problems answering calls

Seems the diversion header is sent out (for some phones at least) already. I noticed my yealink shows it on screen as 'via xxxxxxxxxxx'. Further tracking through logs has allowed me to create a condition that follows accordingly. This could be useful for those who use a cellphone but also have...

    Problems answering calls

Turns out this was down to the mobile networks. After troubleshooting half the day all the problems disappeared.. Which brings me to something else, diverted calls - I know there's a variable set for calls diverted from a cellphone, it shows on some voip phones, how can I set an inbound route...

    Problems answering calls

** Solved - issue was the cell network Anyone having problems this morning? I notice there's been daily sofia updates via apt this past week. What's happening here is, call comes in, phone rings, when call is answered it simply says 'State Destroy'? I'm actually hearing of problems with the...

    Third party repository wanted !

There's gonna be a lot of people suddenly using repositories that could easily be modified to bring in code from bad actors. FS and Fusion will be seeing the fireworks happening in the coming months, where we'll be troubleshooting issues that are down to 'modified' code in fs. :(

Freeswitch debian repository asking for username/password

I had a feeling it would be signalwire.. I only see this as something that will put off anyone new to freeswitch. As for security as the excuse, I'm sure they are capable of securing their own repositories, it's up to us to secure our servers. Source lists for binaries will need updated in...

    Volume of hold music

There's a nice space for a market leader if docs were more readily available. Politics has changed the other main contender and it's lost a lot of developers and early adopters. The potential fusion and freeswitch has is enormous, but many of the things it could do aren't getting the attention...
