SOLVED Fax server

Just me? Trying to add a fax extension throws errors, have to admit I've not done much troubleshooting here but it's easy to reproduce.

Fresh install over the weekend on Debian 10.

Anyone else?

That was in fact trying to delete entries made when trying to add a fax server. Similar error when creating.
