Thanks for this, I put the dmoain into "realm" and this fixed it :) Still haveing issues with sending outbound. - Latest update from providor was they think SIP ALG is on the network the PBX resides but its in AWS with a public facing IP so i cant think its that.

You Need to add the background image in default settings as a theme. Also ensure in default setting that background enable is set to true :)
