How can I custom the background image?

recently，I wanna change the background of fusionpbx，and i find there is one place to enable the background. i tried, but it doesn't work, can some one tell me how to get this?

there is the code I guess can set the background image, which is in /var/www/fusionpbx/themes/default/app_config.php

You Need to add the background image in default settings as a theme.

Also ensure in default setting that background enable is set to true
