Hi @Dick Ollett , Unless I'm misunderstanding you, for Flowroute I believe the prefix is not included in the destination/dialplan, but within the Gateway under "Auth Username" and "Username" fields only. For Auth Username to appear, you may need to click "Advanced" while defining the Gateway...

Hi @PascalP For the dialplan I am not sure, but for the gateway select "Global" from the Domain section of the Gateway settings. You will likely need to press the "Advanced" button for it to be visible.
