Not sure how it works with Yealink phones, but with Cisco I use the Mac Address variable in the provisioning string: https://a.b.c.d/app/provision/$MA For testing, have you tried HTTP instead of HTTPS?

Let us know. You could also try tshark (terminal-based wireshark), it's fairly easy to get going with that (apt-get install tshark on Debian family)

Can you send a trace? Likely "early media" is not being sent.

As an aside, some trunks have multiple IPs that they originate calls from. I had this happen with Twilio, where sometimes calls would come in (after adding the trunks IP to the ACL) and sometimes be blocked. Ensure that you add the range of IPs, if applicable.
