Auto Provisioning help Please

Hey guys, completely need to Fusion and are testing with a view to migrating to it.

Have been trying to get auto provisioning working with no luck. I have followed the Yealink guide and configured an extensions and manually tested it works.

Then created a device (entering the MAC address of the phone and selecting the phone type). Then configured the phone to accept any certs and entered in the provisioning url as follows;
https://10.100.100.112/app/provision

10.100.100.112 is both the domain and the IP address of our test Fusion server.

Confirmed then "Provision Now" and the phone does not provision. I have tried pointing a browser to the provisioning address and I get a response saying invalid MAC address. The Yealink is on the latest firmware. Have also tried a factory reset of the phone then fried again - still no luck.

All looks fine, just doesnt work? Any ideas of what logs etc I can look in or ideas of how to resolve?

With thanks.

Not sure how it works with Yealink phones, but with Cisco I use the Mac Address variable in the provisioning string:
Code:
https://a.b.c.d/app/provision/$MA
For testing, have you tried HTTP instead of HTTPS?

Did you enable provisioning in the Default Settings? Additionally, did you configure your http authentication settings in the Default Settings as well?

It is likely the yealink handset needs to have the Certificate check disabled.
If you still need help with provisioning Yealink let me know

Awesome! It took me quite a bit of Googling to figure that out when I first started with FPBX due to lack of information regarding this in the official docs. Glad you got it worked out!
