    It's a setting that needs to be turned off in the Grandstream phone web GUI if you aren't using auto provisioning with FusionPBX. Not sure what Grandstream model you're using but the GXP 2130-2160, this setting is found under Accounts > Account 1 > Feature Codes See attached.

    Grandstream phones have these annoying call features turned on by default that will cause *732 to not work because it conflicts with the *73 feature code on Grandstream phones to disable call forwarding. Have you turned off the feature codes on your Grandstream phone?
