    Your example looks like an outgoing phone call where the caller hung up within 3 seconds of the call being placed and the call was ultimately never answered. There wouldn't be a recording saved for a call where the caller hung up before it was answered.

    Hey Daz Thank you for the reply -- I tried your dialplan but unfortunately it didn't yield the result that I was looking for. Basically, all I'm trying to do is pass the caller ID of the dialed DID rather than the caller's number when using Call Forwarding or Follow Me. Does that make sense?
