Ah thanks, i gave that a try and checked out the config file and it looks like its not populating the user field, it should be user:sdfsdfsdfsdf and posibily have user in the bottom one, i will try adding a default setting for user_name to see if that helps

thanks Adrian, so its pulling the admin name and password from default settings admin_name and admin_password per the below, but I dont see a subcategory for the 'user' one to set that?

I notice with newer yea link handsets it has a warning about the default password for the 'user' account - this has never been an issue before as it did not exist - the fusion template for T43U dosent set this - how are people handling this ?

anyone got a good provisioning template for the new T44U, trying the T43U but its not working right with the time and some other settings including default password on the handset

yah I would not do this, there are many parts to a fusion install and if you let apt just update what ever it wants, I would bet it would break something. I have always spun up a whole new Debian install, done a clean install of fusion then a backup and restore onto the new server, do this...

Wondering if anyone has tried to reduce the number of empty voicemails that get saved, I find if a call goes to voicemail but they hangup right away, a 3s voicemail still gets saved - which is just empty - I think its to do with the line staying active just a little too long or until freeswitch...

in the extension there is a Hold Music selection option, i don't think there is a tenant-wide setting as far as I am aware, unless someone else can chime in I just looked and there is a dialplan *9664 that you could edit I guess, so its tenant wide - but I have not tested this if you want to...

I would look at the fusion config first, if you cant download the config yourself, the phones not going to get it either, in the device page and click files, then the mac address cfg file should work to download which it looks like your testing and getting a 404 so this is your first problem to...

thanks for that, I tested that setting and found it only has an effect when your dialling the number - once your in a call, it then shows the ext ext@tennant.domain.com - changing this setting does not seem to effect when your in an active call.
