SOLVED Fanvil provisioning problems

I have a Fusion server and have domains working with Yealink & Grandstream phones without issue.

I have created a new domain for a site with Fanvil phones however cannot get the provisioning to work and am at a loss as to why. I have checked the logs when I try to provision and see:

The MAC address in Fusion is set correctly, checked and double-checked.

Factory reset the device to ensure there are no residual settings.

Assuming you have populated the auto provisioning page correctly, press the provision button. Then on the settings page (I think - don't remember without looking) press the reboot button. Fanvil needs a reboot to take the auto provisioning.

I suspect the auto provisioning settings are not populated correctly.

I would look at the fusion config first, if you cant download the config yourself, the phones not going to get it either, in the device page and click files, then the mac address cfg file should work to download which it looks like your testing and getting a 404 so this is your first problem to fix. you tried HTTP as well as https ? does the mac download work for your other domains with the yealink devices ?

Thank you for the replies.

When I try to download the mac address config file I received an unauthorised error as shown below. All other sites allow the mac config files to be downloaded.
