In Gateways, it's showing Registered. I have Toronto1's IP in Providers under access control.is it showing failed? or waiting? status on the gateway.
1. add the Toronto IP to ACL
2. change expiration time to 300
3. in advanced change Caller ID In From = true
in voip.ms make sure the sub-account is registered to Toronto 1 server
if you have fail2ban running make sure Toronto 1 IP is not blocked
After checking and making sure the settings are correct, I'm still getting met with [terminated][403]on .ms check the following:
- DID is set to the correct subaccount
- Subaccount is setup for PBX not SIP
- Subaccount caller ID is set to, "I use a system capable of passing its own CallerID"
I have another trunk going to an asterisk server and that one works fine... I have no idea either.............. not sure what else it could be. I use .ms for some routes also and no issues on my end.
The only issue I ran into, you cannot register more than 1 subaccount (gateway) to Fusion it will fail to make outbound calls. (only took me 1 year to find out LOL)
I would test with another provider to make sure your installation is working correctly.
