Would someone be able to help me get voip.ms running on FusionPBX? I've tried, but voip.ms is telling me that it is indeed registering, but it's not sending the correct credentials. Is there something that I'm missing? 1714355629533.png

is it showing failed? or waiting? status on the gateway.

1. add the Toronto IP to ACL
2. change expiration time to 300
3. in advanced change Caller ID In From = true

in voip.ms make sure the sub-account is registered to Toronto 1 server

if you have fail2ban running make sure Toronto 1 IP is not blocked

In Gateways, it's showing Registered. I have Toronto1's IP in Providers under access control.

I had this thread, that outlined the 403 forbidden response. https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/outbound-call-issues.7690/post-31231

The response I got from voip.ms was
"Yes, it is registered, but the device is not sending the proper credentials.
That is why our servers are responding with that error code. Please check
further."

on .ms check the following:

- DID is set to the correct subaccount
- Subaccount is setup for PBX not SIP
- Subaccount caller ID is set to, "I use a system capable of passing its own CallerID"

After checking and making sure the settings are correct, I'm still getting met with [terminated][403]

............ not sure what else it could be. I use .ms for some routes also and no issues on my end.

The only issue I ran into, you cannot register more than 1 subaccount (gateway) to Fusion it will fail to make outbound calls. (only took me 1 year to find out LOL)

I would test with another provider to make sure your installation is working correctly.

I have another trunk going to an asterisk server and that one works fine... I have no idea either..

Hi,

Remove the realm.
In Advanced do this:
In Caller ID from set to True.
Supress CNG to False.
SIP CID type put rpid.
Set as Global Trunk if used for multi-domains.
Add one more Toronto server as failover.
Add IP'S in Provider ACL then reload.
Go to SIP Status, flush the cache, reload ACL.
