Outbound Agent reports

Hi,

Does anyone know of a stats package that does outbound call reporting for queue agents. I understand I can manually pull some thing form the CDRs but I need an application that emails out activity reports weekly and i don't have the cycles to build one. We already use Queuemetrics but they don't do outbound for Freeswitch..

We actually plan to have something officially working - it should not be hard to extend the call tracking approach we use for inbound - but ATM there are a few users who implemented it in the dial-plan - including a well-known telco - and it's working. PM me if you want an introduction.

Thanks for the reply. For now we're just pulling a quick and dirty report from the cdr's but it would be nice to see it in the Queuemetrics gui.
