Does anyone know of a stats package that does outbound call reporting for queue agents. I understand I can manually pull some thing form the CDRs but I need an application that emails out activity reports weekly and i don't have the cycles to build one. We already use Queuemetrics but they don't do outbound for Freeswitch..
