On Hold time out (RingBack)

i have a customer that requested that i a user in on hold for more then 30 seconds. the call shuold go back to the main ring grop..

is that possible ?

If you are using "Park" (valet_park in the dialplan) you can change the following to a Ring Group number:

 

[MTR]

This one I am aware off
But I need this type of setting for hold

"local hold" is a function of the phone, not the phone system.
Use park or you might need to consult the phone manufacturer.
