Call to IVR with NO Duration

Hi, I recently upgraded to FusionPBX version 5.4.2. After making a change to the greeting in the IVR, I've noticed that calls coming into that IVR no longer show the duration. For example, when I call from my cell phone to the number linked to the IVR, my phone continues to display "Ringing" even though I can hear the greeting message. Please advise.
