    Yeah I'm still running 4.4.9 and manually upgrading clients to a newer version. I also started migrating some clients off to MirtaPBX, a platform where I don't have to hold my breath and hope for the best when I click the upgrade button.

    FreeSBC/ProSBC - I've tested it successfully, pricing is great, it's a commercial product with support. Although I never used it in a production environment.
