That look like there is an event consumer that is not getting popped enough, the only one I can see after a quick grep is used by the extension_queue, do you use that? It may even be part of mod_fifo.

Go into sip profiles and delete them ALL. The run advance/upgrade and just select App Defaults. That will give you a default set of profiles. It only works when you delete them all though.

eg: failregex = ^\[WARNING\] sofia_reg.c:\d+ SIP auth failure \(REGISTER\) on sofia profile \'.*\' for \[.*\] from ip <HOST>

Oh, now I see. I think all that needs to happen then is the rules need prefixing with ^ maybe.

I'm just testing fail2ban now. A quick look at the filters look OK though. I've spun up a box but not may hackers have come yet :)

They are subscribes, there is no problem with that, they are just presence I think its only recently subscribes have started authing. FS is wrongly reporting it as an invite, I think I have seen this before.

I have never seen anything like this, can you try capturing it with sngrep and maybe that will give a little more detail.

I have never tested this but if using max-registrations-per-extension causes a 403, does this have any implications for fail2ban?

I'm kind of of the opinion these days that if they can't support g711 then I don't want them as customers. I could envisage never ending support issues, especially if they had PCs on the same internet connection.

Agreed, transcoding may well make it worse.

Obviously, you create the local_vars.xml on each individual server, you can extend that to as many local vars as you wish.
