caller-id_in_from is also set on this gateway. It's definitely a setting that controls it, but I can't find any information on what it is. I was hoping someone had come across this issue before. I spent all day yesterday trying to figure it out.

There is no service, no cron job, and the default file was modified. You found your issue. Currently, you have nothing that processes your CDRs. A cron job or service is preferable, but modifying the XML file is easier and faster.

You need to be a FusionPBX member with API access. It comes with a hefty monthly price tag. It's worth asking them what API they give access to before signing up. I haven't seen that info anywhere.

I tested a recording on my server. It plays fine in both cases. I'm on a slightly modified FusionPBX 5.1 and Freeswitch 10.11

If you share the file, I'll test it on my server and see if I get a different result.
