Are you sure that you are not recording only outbound on extension 101?
Look in: Accounts -> Extensions -> 101 -> Record
Make sure value here is set to All or Local if you desire that.
As @pbxgeek insinuates, it's very likely you are recording the call multiple times. Make sure that you are only doing recording of the same call once.
