I met this problem after created an IVR menu.
"Language" is set to "en-us callie", "Greet Long" is set to "say: blahblahblah", then I hear nothing when calling the extension number for the IVR menu I set.
If I change "Greet Long" to a wav recording file, it can be played when I call the number for the IVR menu.

In fs_cli, if I execute "load mod_say_en", it shows "-ERR [Module already loaded]".

I think there must be something needs to set correctly but I have no idea, I hope I can get some clues here. Sincerely.

Hi,

I haven't been using this myself since the quality and the sound itself is to be expected very robotic and old school.
I would therefor recommend you to forget about say for now and use sound files/AI text to speech instead.

To get back to the initial question: Without reading up about this I would believe this is using mod_flite perhaps.

This mod is likely not preinstalled for Freeswitch with FusionPBX.

Hope this helps.
Best regards.
