I recently deployed a yealink T31P phone running firmware 124.86.0.75
It is registered to our FusionPBX running version 5.3.4.
We configured a BLF key on the phone (see below) via the phone's GUI.
When we press the "PARK1" button to park a call, the call gets park with no issues; however, the light never turns on to indicate the a call is parked.
We also tried to configured a "Type" of "Call Park", but that didn't work either.
Read a few post on the form like the below, but light still doesn't come on.
Currently have a ticket with Yealink to troubleshoot...

Yealink T46S Call Parking
Is it possible for Yealink phones to generate an Audible / Visual Alert when a call is parked? These settings don't appear to change anything: I have tried configuring the DSS keys in multiple ways with firmware version: 66.85.0.5 Type: Call Park Value: park+*5901@domain Result: DSS Key...
