Sure, below are settings and I was able to show all extensions in a directory of Yealink phone.

1) Under Default Settings, “Contact” Category, add below.

2) Under Default Settings, “Provision” Category, add below. contact_extensions should be set to true.

3) Make sure Yealink phone MAC ID exist/listed on Fusion PBX under devices.
4) In Yealink Remote Phone Book, add URL like below.

https://admin:78545@domain.com/app/provision/?file=directory.xml&contacts=extensions
Note: admin:78545 is http_auth credentials under Default Settings>>>Provision.
