Having a problem where some of my extensions will stop ringing on my end or playing on hold music to the caller. I'm not sure where to look to fix as the problem seems to be sporadic and random. When my extensions is dialed the caller would only get dead air...no ringing...no onhold music. When 30 seconds ran out the caller is prompted to leave VM.
Everything was fine before. Nothing was changed in PBX (I'm the only admin) and no new devices were connected. I restarted the server. The only thing I noticed was that the user status was set to "on break" which I have switched to available but that didnt seem to make a difference so I switched to just an empty field.
Now when a caller dials the extension it goes right to the moh (guitar playing).
1) How do I set it so the caller hears the phone ringing instead of MOH
2) Any idea why or where I should look as to why an extension would become unavailable or in this case muted until VM kicks in after 30 sec. (I know there is very little info to diagnose and happy to supply more info I just don't know where to even begin.
