Hi,

I'm considering to interface a V-Tiger CRM with FusionPBX for some of our customers.
I'll be doing this for the first time and will be learning to do the same.

Is this CRM a good choice?

I don't think there are many that are a good fit out of the box with any telephony platform. We are not big on CRM and have written most of what we use ourselves, but we do use the open source version of OSticket, with a few modifications to suit our business:

Vtiger is very good choice.
There are few instructions for freeswitch integration.

Sorry i disagree, Vtiger is super buggy these days, and looks like they want to push everyone to the paid version as there haven’t been any community updates in a while

Just Google it
I've only found details for Asterisk interfacing with V-Tiger.
The FreeSWITCH interfacing details are from the year 2014. It's also incomplete.
I'll understand and try it though.

Thanks.

Has anyone done anything with odoo? Seems it has the features to both solve and create a few headaches.
