I am setting up a multi-tenanted environment that I will be managing. I am wondering if I need to bother making a "user" for everyone. It seems that users are optional. You can create an extension without one, login through an app, make inbound and outbound calls, plus use the voicemail box etc. Are users purely for the FusionPBX web UI? Are there any phone features for which a User is required?
