Are there any plans to have a webrtc client implemented?

I have no plans currently. But there is no reason why it can't be done. You can configure the bindings in the SIP profiles and adjust the firewall rules accordingly, the only caveat is that there is no hook currently for a successful webrtc registration to place a whitelist rule into the firewall.

One of our team looked at integrating Saraphone and built an add-on application for it, but there were some problems, I can't recall the details right now, but it never made it to the add-on application repository.
