Waiting for socket

Hi I have an issue when trying to download recordings from conference, the browser get stuck with this message Waiting for socket

These are the steps I have done trying to fix this issue :

1) Restart the web server

2) try from differen browsers and computers

Is there someone who can help me with this . I will to pay for the service of an expert

Yes it is a working server.. I can download recordings some times

You may be running out of fpm worker processes. You may get more information from looking at your /var/log/php7.3-fpm.log (please substitute your php version).

Thanks for the reply, I follow your advice all good, but I tested using FireFox and it works, So I can assume server is working fine

we are having the same issue waiting for available socket, is it possible that chrome is the issue
