The IVR presenting options to the user does not match the options in etc/freeswitch/autoload_configs/voicemail_ivr.conf.xml. Specifically when a user presses option "5'" to delete the voicemail, they perform a callback (supposedly option "7"). We have updated the xml file to match the ivr playback, but have had no luck. All of these options are in the menu "std_navigator"
I have noted that the menu "std_preference" presents the option "#" for the previous menu but the IVR provides uses "0" for this function.
I can only guess that we are changing the wrong voicemail_ivr.conf.xml file or that this menu is loaded again in a different xml file that we have not identified. I should also provide that there is an /etc/freeswitch.orig directory on the server from a freeswitch upgrade previously performed (I assume).
