I was using voicemail transcript since 2015 with Microsoft. Since late February 2021, the Microsoft transcript does not function and I receive ${message_text} instead of transcripts in the emails.
I think this is because of the changes Microsoft made, which it had announced long ago.
I tried both Google and Watson methods written in member documents, but they none work. I followed the steps accurately.
I am wondering if I need to take any other step for "json_enabled" part. Do I need to install something on the OS for json? I am wondering because for Microsoft, I did not need json. This is the only item that comes to my mind.
