Hello, currently in extension voicemail if we set voicemail file to "Download Link", system send a hyperlink to download the voicemail file. How can we send a complete link instead of hyperlink to download the file.
The intent of Download link is to download one file. It does not require login, therefore allowing full visibility would be security risk.
Select Listen Link and let them login. At this point they should be able to go "back" and see others.
