Voicemail Prompts

Ok don't shoot me on this one

We have a number of Fusionpbx boxes and built our own customer portal so they don't have direct access to the pbx boxes. For this reason we have changed some of the php files so an update is out of the question.

We have 1 of the server playing the wrong voicemail prompts as it still says press 5 to delete in the message but it's actually 7 and confirmed this works so just playing the wrong list of options.

They all run the same /var/www/fusionpbx files as we have our own git so they all sync and are all running the same version of freeswitch.

Even though I have copied from a good know working server and copied over voicemail.xml and voicemail_ivr.xml from the locations

/var/www/fusionpbx/resources/templates/conf/languages/en/vm
/etc/freeswitch/languages/en/vm

Now being we have a git pull I am presuming the issue is not in the /var/www/fusionpbx folder but freeswitch side even though they are on the same version

Can anyone advise a file that may be causing the issue that I can swap over, as at a loss currently

This, in fact, was an issue some time ago. Probbaly a year or os ago. A bug in the LUA script made those buttons not work properly. You must ensure you have the updated voicemail LUA script in the right folder.
