voicemail not playing the menu

When a customer accesses voicemail the automated response just sayd you have xxx new massages and xx saved messages. This is just repeated there are no options to press anything... Where shoul di be looking to fix this?

OK i seem to fixed this I must have changed something and for got about it. When i looked at the logs I was gettong an error about /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/gb directory missing so i just copied the contect from /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/us to it and now working. I take it this was with changing the langage in default settings.

Default settings does not currently change the language for FreeSWITCH that is done in dialplan variables.

Thats strange then I didnt change them in the diaplan (too afraid to change anything in there). I just noticed in the logs that the directory was missing.
