I got an email today from one of my users saying that he's receiving calls/voicemails from an employee which hasn't been with the company for over a year. The extension was reused for the new employee and everything I can find has been updated to the new employee's name. In Extensions, Voicemail and Users for that extension it all has the new employee. However Caller Id is showing the OLD employees name. I'm on 4.5.13
Any ideas on where else to look? Is there a field that got hidden at some point?
