Voicemail emails are using the wrong caller ID info

I got an email today from one of my users saying that he's receiving calls/voicemails from an employee which hasn't been with the company for over a year. The extension was reused for the new employee and everything I can find has been updated to the new employee's name. In Extensions, Voicemail and Users for that extension it all has the new employee. However Caller Id is showing the OLD employees name. I'm on 4.5.13

Any ideas on where else to look? Is there a field that got hidden at some point?

Much of that detail is stored within FreeSWITCH at runtime. You can query what is stored at the fs_cli:

freeswitch@myserver> find_user_xml * 201 me.mydomain.uk

If the details are wrong, try a flush cache and reload XML.

I figured it out.. Sort of. The user was telling me he was calling ext to ext but when I really dug into it, he was calling the main DID number. When I do an opencnam lookup for that phone number it's coming back as the USER and not the business.

So the real question here is: how do I change what openCNAM is reporting!
