Is there a place that has provider settings? I am trying to set up a gateway using Vitelity as the service provider. Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Jose

What exactly are you looknig for? Go to accounts->gateways and then enter the information there. That's all it should take for vitelity.

I'm new to FusionPBX and I'm use to Freepbx so their settings are a little different. I have entered info but it doesn't seem to work.

Did you put anything in the hostname field in the gateway? If so remove it.

Pardon the necrobump, but in case anyone else is looking these are some settings that worked for me:

type=friend
dtmfmode=auto
username=ACCOUNT_SUBACCOUNT
secret=PASSWORD
context=from-trunk ; (this could be ext-did or from-pstn as well)
insecure=port,invite
canreinvite=no
host=inbound17.vitelity.net
#
ACCOUNT_SUBACCOUNT:PASSWORD@inbound17.vitelity.net:5060

This is for Asterisk/Freepbx. It has nothing to do with FusionPBX.

Yes, the settings were copied from FreePBX but I know they worked there. I'm no longer using Vitelity but the above could easily be converted to FusionPBX. I didn't want make the changes without testing it, so I left it as-is.
