I would say go with a simple stuff for the beginning. Like how to provision for example Grandstream phone or how to customize and put your own company logo. How to create and use Fax server would be nice...

I would also like to see some simple setup videos so people new to Fusion can get a system up and running to play with and spark an interest, I have personally not been able to figure out how to use sip profiles and what they actually do.
