Advanced > Variables
Add H264 on each of these two variables.
Status > SIP Status
Click on RESCAN for your profiles
Then if you click on the profile name, you should be able to see H264 loaded
That should work.

Dear James, thank you for your response, I have added the h264 codec in the outbound and global preferences with success.
But when you reload the sofia modules the codec H264 is not loaded, you can tell me how I can get it to load it.
