Hi

I am trying to modify the user_record Dialplan and want to add a new condition. It needs to start with the condition ${user_exists} = true (like the other entries, however the ${user_exists} variable is not included in the condition dropdown menu? (see attached)

I can modify the xml, but it gets overwritten when I save.

Does anyone have any clues on how to add this condition?

Thanks

Hi

What I find works for me is to just select an existing variable, and once selected the textbox should look like this
fusion.jpg
then you can click in that box and edit the variable name to what you need it to be, it will remain after you save

It is not feasible to list every possible channel variable, for two good reasons:
1. There are an awful lot of them
2. You may have created some of your own within your dialplan.
