This is most likely an issue with the PolyCom's Root CA certificates installed. I'd recommend updating the phone to a newer firmware. They add in new CAs with later firmware. You may also add the Root CA to your application profile directly on the phone.

Without more info on the phone (model/firmware/etc) can really be more specific.

hello

I enabled the TLS and can see that 5061 is up for my internal profile as only enabled for internal sip profile but , netstat on the server, port 5061 is not opened. Could you please tell how to resolve it?

hello friends

I can see my port 5061 for tls is running but on server in netstat i cannot see 5061 port enables or listening . Could anyone help on it?
