Time to introduce myself.

Being a lurker it is now time to introduce myself.
I own a small IT business in Holland.
We (3 FTE) are dedicated to delivering managed remote desktops, hosting, Microsoft 365, and since last year VoIP.
We try to do a lot "in-house". So we own and manage our infra.
We have chosen FusionPBX to be our multi-tenant VoIP platform, we like it a lot.
Still a small but growing VoIP customer base.

I’m new here as well. Similar business in Canada; we provide Hosted PBX, SIP, SMS, Chat, Email and Data services.
I’m hoping to find answers to some questions we have with FusionPBX, as well as provide some answers we’ve come up with.
