System set to save cdr records and call records for 180 days.
Some customer asking to have these records for one year.
How to set different time to save recording per domain and keep system to saving 180 days?
So you can control the actual number of cdr records to retain, the setting is at Default settings > Category 'CDR' > limit.
Number of retention days for CDR records and call recordings, I don't think you can do this from any setting available in the UI, atleast not that I know of. The only way I know is through the maintenance script. You'll need to modify it to meet your needs.
