The carrier is lying if they are saying they are not seeing the traffic, they are replying to it. They are also saying Invalid User, this is IP auth obviously.

Thankyou Daz somtimes i should trust myself. Do you think its our IP its rejecting.

Is technically the 403 the reply from the carrier

Not a clue but they should have, they are rejecting your traffic, if they are rejecting it, they should be able to tell you why.

? I asked why we have to change the from as my logic says this is From us however they have said it will work if we change this.

Ive tested a lot of the settings in the gateway but no joy. Is this doable in the bridge?

Ignore me putting it in the fom domain in Gateways worked just need to flush the memcache for it to take effect.
