Strange issue

I have a multitenant setup. All tenant can dial in and out ok. However i have 1 user that has fanvil x4g phones. They have reported that calls are ok except when they call an ivr on another system and are waiting in a queue the call drops after about 2 mins to 2.30 mins. I have tested with my laptop bria softphone and i dont get the same issue. Nor do any other tenants report something similar but they all use yealinks so i can only assume there is something on the fanvil. Has anyone come across something similar. Nothing shows in the fs cli except normal clearing..

Get a siptrace with sngrep, see who is hanging up. Maybe session timers are coming into play

Hi DigitalDaz, thanks for the reply, not used sngrep b4 whats the command i need to use, also what session timers apply in freeswitch and is there a way to change them, i wondered if it was some kind of silence detection etc..

Session timers shouldn't be there but we don't know what may be going on, hence the sngrep. Just type sngrep at the linux command line.

ok will do and try and replicate the issue, will post when iget a result, thanks for your help so far m8
