I have a multitenant setup. All tenant can dial in and out ok. However i have 1 user that has fanvil x4g phones. They have reported that calls are ok except when they call an ivr on another system and are waiting in a queue the call drops after about 2 mins to 2.30 mins. I have tested with my laptop bria softphone and i dont get the same issue. Nor do any other tenants report something similar but they all use yealinks so i can only assume there is something on the fanvil. Has anyone come across something similar. Nothing shows in the fs cli except normal clearing..
