Special character "@" as user name on gateway issue

Dear all,
I am new to fusion pbx. I have installed it and now need to add voip gateway where my provider (gpon/pstn) company give me a user name: +880241100300@ims.btcl.net.bd & password is: numeric value like: 123..... My problem is i m getting this error:

How to fix the error ? Please help.

Just try 880241100300 as the username

I tried with username as 880241100300 and got this error below:

The problem is the IP-Phone service provider give me user name as: +880241100300@ims.btcl.com.bd and they can not provide me username like 880241100300 as I requested them.

Set the realm to: ims.btcl.net.bd

Alternatively, just set the proxy to: ims.btcl.net.bd
