Softphone doesn't connect on LTE

I'm newbie to VoIP. I have FusionPBX hosted on Vultr. I'm using Wave Lite on my iPhone. Everything's working well when I'm at home using my LAN. When I try to connect using LTE it doesn't work. I checked Fail2Ban, nothing there. My Vultr instance is not using the Vultr firewall. Where is the best to start troubleshooting?

First of all, when you are on the mobile network (I assume that's what you mean by LTE as in 4G Long Term Evolution), can you prove that you actually have an internet connection and DNS resolution is working correctly.

If all is well with LTE, try a packet capture on your Fusion box, the easiest way to do this is to use sngrep. You should be able to see SIP registration packets coming in from your phone even if registration is failing for some reason.
