SLA - Not ringing both phones

I have ext 1001 set up with 2 identical Yealink T29G phones. Firmware is up to date and identical in each

I enabled Shared Line Apperance in both Yealinks

I set multiple registrations to TRUE and reloaded the XML file

When someone calls, it goes to a ring group. The ring group has 1001 as the ext. It rings one of the Yealinks but not the other. If I reboot both Yealinks, the first one to grab registration is the one that rings. Both will make outbound calls no worries.

any ideas?

Here are the logs from a test phone call. 770-893-7222 is calling 678-928-9100 which goes to ring group 601 that rings ext 1001
Ring group calls ext 1001 and DID 17708274079 at the same time

Yes as I stated above I had already done that. But thank you for the suggestion

if you just call 1001 do both phones ring ?

YOu hit the nail on the head. When I point the DID's to ext 1001 they both ring correctly. When I point to the ring group they don't. I will just point directly to the ext 1001 and use follow me to get it to ring the cell phone simultaneously. Thank you! Problem solved (in my eyes anyway)

Set ring group to "enterprise" if you want shared extensions and/or follow me etc to work.
