Hi,

I have to configure Trunk between two Pbx Server. I have Freepbx server on premise and FusionPbx at Remote location, But both are in VPN network so both are in same network. I have changed Freepbx default port(5060) to 3418 for security reasons.

I want configure freepbx extensions to call fusionpbx extension by dialing prefix 9 and followed extensions(9XXX).

My setup is like below Freepbx 192.68.1.10 and fusionpbx 192.168.1.20

How can I configure trunk between this two PBX server.

I can't provide you a step by step instructional as I haven't done this personally, but it seems pretty straight forward I would imagine..

1.) Create a SIP trunk on your FreePBX box to connect to your FusionPBX box.
2.) Create a Gateway on your FusionPBX box to connect to your FreePBX box.
3.) Configure an outbound route on your FreePBX box to send 9XXX calls out the SIP trunk that connects to FusionPBX.
4.) Create destinations on your FusionPBX box to route the 9XXX combinations that you are expecting to the correct location.
EX: Create destination 9101 on your FusionPBX box and route it to extension 101, etc..
5.) Ensure that your FreePBX box can connect to your FusionPBX box successfully for SIP traffic.
6.) Depending on what SIP profile your gateway on FusionPBX is using to connect to your FreePBX box, you may need to add the FreePBX IP to the ACL domain list.

Again.. I've never done this, so I can't promise these steps are going to work without some trial and error, but this is where I'd start.
